With several years of experience as a tourism professional, I have consistently made a lasting impact on every organization I have been a part of. Thriving in dynamic and challenging environments, I have successfully implemented KRAs (Key Result Areas) and KPAs (Key Performance Areas) with precision and effectiveness. My commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism is a source of great pride for me.
Throughout my career, I have held diverse roles across field and corporate settings, encompassing Retail Operations, Sales, Regional Sales, Visa Operations, and International Sales & Marketing. I have also served as the Director of three esteemed international companies: Brightspark HR Consulting, Mega Corporate LLC, and Mega Tourism Pvt. Ltd., working in collaboration with the Brightspark Group.
My name is Bisma Sheikh, and I am the founder of Aarzal Holidays, located in Bagimehtab near JK Bank, with my residential address in Gopalpora. I have 5 years of experience in domestic packages, specializing in providing Kashmir tour packages, including Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Srinagar local sightseeing such as Nishat Garden, Pari Mahal, Botanical Garden, Dal Lake, and many more, along with transport services. I am also an International Marketing, HR, and Operations Specialist, facilitating employer contracts between companies and employees across Europe and Schengen regions. Before starting Aarzal Holidays, I worked with Shuhul Mahindra and later spent 3 years at Ozo Kashmir Travel Agency, which prepared me for my journey as an entrepreneur in the tourism industry.

Nighat Sheikh, based in Jammu and Kashmir, brings 2 years of expertise in the travel and tourism sector. Skilled in both HR management and operational excellence, she plays a key role in curating and delivering outstanding domestic and international travel packages. Her commitment ensures customer satisfaction and perfectly coordinated travel experiences.

Hailing from the breathtaking region of Jammu and Kashmir, Insha Sheikh has 2 years of experience in the tour and travel industry. She expertly manages human resources and ensures smooth operational workflows. Specializing in both domestic and international travel packages, Insha is dedicated to providing seamless experiences and top-notch service to travelers.
